      What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

      • Products damaged from improper handling and usage.
      • Products chewed or destroyed by pet’s/animals.
      • Regular/ordinary wear & tear
      • Accidental damage/Intentional physical damage
      • Non quality related issue
      • Free products
      • Acts of nature
      • Commercial use
      • Products purchased from unauthorized online & offline re-sellers
      • Lost or stolen products
      • Products purchased over 6 months ago
      • Damage or inoperability caused by repair work performed by the customer or
      • Defects or damage caused to the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products not approved by Pet Glam.
      • Expense incurred by the customer to send the product to Pet Glam’s fulfilment centre to claim Warranty. Such expenses are non-refundable.

      What Is Covered Under Warranty?

      • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.
      • This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Pet Glam or Pet Glam authorized service centers.
      • Pet Glam may conduct diagnostic tests on customers ‘products to identify the causes of failures/defects.
      • Pet Glam will replace a product that has been certified as defective or damaged beyond repair by our Quality Check team, only ONCE during the warranty period.
      • Pet Glam will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product care instructions and so on

      • Invalid warranty
      • Expired warranty
      • Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, Products chewed or destroyed by pet’s/animals, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
      • If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to natural/ordinary wear & tear, abrasion, fading of fabric colour, dents or scratches on the exterior of the product.

      Pet Glam (Mount Pivot And Company) reserves the right to change the warranty process and warranty terms & conditions without prior notice to the consumers We also reserve the right to change/modify the product design and product specifications without prior notice to the consumers as part of our continuous product upgrade process.

      How Do I Claim For A Warranty?

      While claiming warranty, it is mandatory to share the details of the purchase order/bill/invoice/product images along with the product related complaints.

      Once your warranty claim is received and inspected for its validity, authenticity and approval/rejection, we will send you an email to notify you about the warranty claim status.
      The decision to approve or reject a warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Mount Pivot and Company. We may choose to provide a refund or replacement for approved warranty claims.

      The refund or replacement process may take 21-30 days from the date of receipt of such warranty claim.

      For purchases made through Offline channels - retail stores/partners, we will notify such partners to service the warranty claim on our behalf if it is approved by us.
      While claiming warranty, it is mandatory to share the details of the purchase order/bill/invoice/product images along with the product related complaints.
