Shipping Policy

At Pet Glam, we aim to deliver your pet products safely, securely and within the estimated timelines. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure that every order reaches our customers in good condition.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our team will begin processing the order.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, subject to product availability, payment confirmation and operational conditions.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline may vary depending on the customer's location, courier partner availability, product type and serviceability of the delivery address.

In general, orders are expected to be delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may be longer for remote locations, non-serviceable areas, festive periods, public holidays, weather-related disruptions or unexpected logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Pet Glam may offer free shipping, promotional shipping or discounted shipping from time to time, depending on the order value, location, product category or ongoing offers.

Shipping charges may vary based on product size, weight, delivery location and courier partner charges.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other available communication method.

Customers can use the tracking information to check the delivery status of their order.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect after the order has been picked up by the courier partner.

Delivery Attempt

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are requested to ensure that the address, contact number and delivery details are accurate and complete. Pet Glam will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt delivery again as per their standard process.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products, depending on courier partner serviceability.

For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Pet Glam reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity, repeated failed deliveries, incorrect details or non-serviceable locations.

Delayed Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festive rush
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details
  • Operational issues
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

In such cases, Pet Glam will assist customers with available tracking updates and support wherever possible.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered with or opened at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package and to contact Pet Glam support immediately.

If the package is accepted and the product inside is found damaged, customers must raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery with clear images or video of the product and packaging.

Such cases will be reviewed as per our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the product is returned to us and inspected by our team.

Shipping charges, COD charges or other non-product charges may not be refundable in such cases.

Product Packaging

Since Pet Glam deals in pet products such as accessories, grooming items, toys, bedding and travel essentials, we take care to pack products securely based on their size, type and handling requirements.

However, minor outer packaging wear may occur during transit and will not be considered a product defect if the product inside is safe and usable.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, if an order contains multiple products, the items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location or logistics requirements.

Customers will be informed accordingly if separate shipments are created.

Serviceable Locations

Pet Glam currently ships to serviceable locations across India through our logistics partners.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier serviceability of the customer's pin code. If a location is not serviceable, the order may be cancelled and the eligible refund will be processed as per our policy.
